I have faced a problem that happened before but it seems different this time.

Whenever I want to open a folder or file, this popup will appear.

Sometimes this popups will also appear but I don't know the reason.

I have scanned my computer with AVG, Spybot, cccleaner, and spyhunter but it is still the same.

Whenever I want to access a webpage using IE, it will direct me to another link... something like "www.freevirus-scan........"

I have tried the newest version of fixIEdef but it doesn't work for this..

Can anyone pls help me?

Hello and welcome to MalwareTeks.

The developers of this family of Trojans have been flooding the Internet with new variants all weekend. There are 2 new variants, released today, that need to be added to FixIEDef.

Follow the procedures as outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide.

Once you have completed the procedures outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide, post the following logs at a minimum:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
HijackThis
ISeeYouXP

If you were able to complete any of the online scanners, post those logs as well.

All logs are to be posted as attachments.

If you encounter problems and any step just skip that skip and continue with the procedures outlined in the Malware Cleaning Guide.

Make sure to tell me what ran and what didn't.
