I have been infected with the Free-viruscan.com virus. I ran the FixIEDeF and it appears to have fixed most of the problem. But I have an icon in the task bar that whenever clicked left or right it takes me direct to http://www.antispycheck.com/?aid=1012 . How can I get rid of this? here are some logs attached.

fixiedef.log
hijackthis.log

Thanks,

Hello and welcome to MalwareTeks.

Follow the procedures as outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide.

Once you have completed the procedures outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide, post the following logs at a minimum:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
HijackThis
ISeeYouXP

If you were able to complete any of the online scanners, post those logs as well.

All logs are to be posted as attachments.

If you encounter problems and any step just skip that skip and continue with the procedures outlined in the Malware Cleaning Guide.

Make sure to tell me what ran and what didn't.
