i've got vist home premium on my laptop and its with a base score of 5.5 .... but everytime i do something with win explorer, it crases and restarts... im so annoyed of this... help me..

Hi, Yousof.

There are many things that could cause explorer to crash.

What if any error messages are you receiving?

I'll need some logs to help determine if malware is the cause. Follow the procedures as outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide.

Once you have completed the procedures outlined in our Malware Cleaning Guide, post the following logs at a minimum:

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
HijackThis
ISeeYouXP

If you were able to complete any of the online scanners, post those logs as well.

All logs are to be posted as attachments.

If you encounter problems and any step just skip that skip and continue with the procedures outlined in the Malware Cleaning Guide.

Make sure to tell me what ran and what didn't.
