I know nothing about PHP, and have enabled the mbstring extention in my php.ini on my server, but still getting the error. Running PHP ver. 5.0, and ClarkConnect 4.0 is the server, with Mysql and Apache as part of the package.

php.txt

rpm -qa|grep php-mbstring

Is php-mbstring installed? If not you need to install it.

php-mbstring-4.3.11-15.2.cc.i386.rpm

For IMAP
php-imap-4.3.11-15.2.cc.i386.rpm

THere doesn't seem to be a php-MailParse rpm for ClarkeConnect
